THF's HaikuLife Film Festival: City in Gold

 

Every year, The Haiku Foundation hosts HaikuLife; a film festival celebrating International Haiku Poetry Day, which brings together all of my favorite things; poetry, creative expression, and video/ audio! Of course, I had to take part this year and feel like I spent every moment of my son's naps for that week editing together a short film of my own... City in Gold.

City in Gold is a collection of 17 of my haiku set with stunning visuals (thank you Canva!) and a great soundtrack. It's one of those passion projects and I enjoyed every minute of it.
